To make gifting during special occasions even more worry - free, for purchases made between [dd/mm/yy] and [dd/mm/yy], eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit until [dd/mm/yy].

Standard Returns Policy

For all online orders: If your item is defective upon receipt or does not match the description, we will either exchange the item or offer a store credit refund. Please note:

  • Earrings for pierced ears (due to hygiene reasons) and gift cards are non - exchangeable.

  • Our return and exchange policies generally do not apply to discounted or sale items, except when they are defective.

  • Dellyse is glad to provide an exchange or store credit for a change of mind on any item returned within 7 days, provided you have a valid receipt and the item is in its original condition. Refunds are only available for change - of - mind returns if the item is defective.

Items intended for return must be unused, undamaged, and remain in their original packaging with the original labels. Customers have the following options:

  • Drop the item off at any of our official retail stores.

  • Pay for and arrange return shipping on your own.

  • Request collection through our postal service (fees may be applicable).

Note: Postage fees are non - refundable, including for parcels marked as "Return to Sender" or returned due to an incorrect address provided. Any item that needs to be resent because of non - collection will incur a [$$$] postage fee. For returns related to quality issues, Dellyse will arrange and cover the return shipping costs.

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Returns Process

To return an item, please Contact Us and include the following information:

  • Your order number, if available (it appears at the top of your confirmation email).

  • Your name and address.

  • A description of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.

  • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
